Harnessing Nature's Pharmacy: A Personal Journey to Health



Today, I wanted to share a more personal post, I've had my own challenges with health, I won't write about them in detail in this post but at some point I will as I strongly believe we can learn so much from sharing our own stories with others in life.


I wanted to share how applying a holistic approach has been an asset. Despite eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly and taking a more holistic approach to my health over the years there have been some health issues that weren't in my control however after surgery one major issue has been resolved but blood work was still coming back off, so I decided to try implementing a new combination of herbs and for the first time in years, my recent blood work came back normal, a milestone achievement that marks a significant turn in my health journey.


Over the past month, I’ve embraced the natural potency of various supplements: oil of oregano, celery seed, turmeric powder, garlic, dandelion, papaya, fenugreek, reishi mushroom, cinnamon, and bromelain. Each of these has played a role in enhancing my well-being, contributing to this remarkable improvement in my health.


Natural Remedies and Their Impact

1. Anti-inflammatory Benefits: Turmeric and bromelain are powerful anti-inflammatories that help reduce swelling and pain.

2. Antioxidant Properties: Garlic and reishi mushroom offer robust antioxidant properties that combat oxidative stress.
